It’s much different when points are on the line,” interim head coach Stephen Hart said. “Training has gone well. I wish I had one more international friendly leading into (the tournament). They had good wins over the United States and Trinidad & Tobago and they look to be in good shape to advance to the World Cup. “Costa Rica is arguably the best team right now in CONCACAF, just on their performances lately,” Hart said. El Salvador is the mystery team in this group. They lost to Costa Rica back in April but beat Ecuador in a friendly and they tied Jamaica. They beat Mexico 2-1 but lost to Honduras 1-0. Anything is possible with this El Salvador team. Opening up against Costa Rica is no bargain though.<o
